Project focus: Inclusion, Lifelong Learning, Strengthening Social Cohesion
The project aims to empower Roma communities and enhance their social inclusion and employment opportunities through educational activities.
The project is carried out in three countries: Croatia, Austria, and Romania.
Ensure access to adult education programmes for members of the Roma community, enabling them to acquire relevant knowledge and key skills needed for active participation in society and the labour market, thereby contributing to their social inclusion and the strengthening of social cohesion.
Improve the digital skills of members of the Roma community by developing and implementing a non-formal education programme.
Enable the development and strengthening of soft skills among members of the Roma community through the creation and implementation of a non-formal education programme.
Involve members of the Roma community in formal education programmes leading to the acquisition of micro-credentials.
Promote the idea of lifelong learning among members of the Roma community, as well as in society more broadly, in order to raise awareness of the importance of continuous learning and skill development for personal and social progress.
Enhance the knowledge and working methods of adult education institutions in their work with members of the Roma community.
